Mr and Mrs Noble were the lucky winners of a prize draw in the Time to Sell supplement, featured on May 14, 2015 in the Standard’s sister paper, the Echo. To enter, all readers had to do was instruct an agent to visit their home for a free market appraisal during July. The couple instructed Countryside Estates, Rayleigh, and won the prize of £150 in High Street vouchers.

Director Ian Law was proud to be chosen not only for the sale of their current home but Mr and Mrs Noble are also buying their next home through Countryside Estates. Mrs Noble described the whole experience as stress-free and painless, saying: “Countryside Estates have been great at keeping us informed in every step of the process and are happy to answer any questions. “The vouchers will definitely come in handy.”
